Operation Orion has finally wrapped up our interviews held over the weekend of Semester Week One and we would really like to thank everyone who took the time to come down and go through the interview process with us.

Firstly, we would like to extend our warmest welcome to our new Operation Orion members this year and we eagerly look forward to inducting all of you into the Orion family at the Orion Camp 2012 this weekend.

Next, we would like to offer our sincerest apologies to all of you who were not selected for Operation Orion 2012. Having interviewed many of you over the 3 days, it is easily apparent that there were many quality candidates this year. Yet with all groups that face logistic constraints, Operation Orion is also limited to keeping within our optimal team size.

After hours of gruelling deliberation, we had to reluctantly reject a good number of candidates simply to keep the numbers down. And because of this, we wish to extend an advanced invitation to all candidates who did not make it for Operation Orion 2012 to apply for Operation Orion again next year! 

 

Finally, we would like to share a little bit of behind-the-scenes of our late night deliberation process…

 

 

This wraps up Operation Orion 2012 Recruitment Drive and we will finally move into our most exciting Pre-Trip Phase! We look forward to seeing all you new members at Orion Camp this weekend!
